About WPAN

The Women’s Political Action Network is a non-partisan, political organization which encourages women in the local political arena, not only as campaign workers but as candidates. Becoming knowledgeable voters is a basic tenet of WPAN; forums will be conducted by WPAN to introduce capable female candidates and to develop those skills needed for more active participation.
It is the goal of this organization that women should be seen and heard on boards, councils and from the bench.
Our main purpose is to support women running for local office in Riverside County, with an emphasis in the Coachella Valley.
WPAN will find, nurture and endorse talented and able women who wish to serve their communities in proactive roles.
